"Regulation of cell growth and protein synthesis by mTOR"
John Blenis, PhD, is a Professor of Cell Biology at Harvard Medical School. The research in his lab concentrates on the regulation of several cellular signaling mechanisms, hoping to decipher the cell's complex internal code.
Joseph Avruch, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Medicine at the Harvard Medical School in the Department of Molecular Biology, and has been Chief of the Diabetes Unit in the department of Medicine at the MGH since 1979.
