Does estrogen synergize with mTOR activation to promote LAM cell metastasis?
Dr. Lisa Henske is a Senior Member of the Medical Science Division at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Research in her lab focuses on both Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) and Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM).
Dr. Joseph Avruch is Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Molecular Biology, and is Chief of the Diabetes Unit in the department of Medicine at the MGH. His laboratory works on how insulin, related growth factors, and insulin antagonists control cell function.
